1. Information We Collect
- Account and profile information, such as your email address, sign-in method, username, display name, authentication provider, and internal account identifiers.
- User content, such as wardrobe photos, outfit data, trip details, itinerary uploads, notes, tags, preferences, and other content you choose to create, upload, or save in the app.
- Optional private styling preferences, such as style directions, preferred or avoided color groups, fit goals, coverage and comfort preferences, optional color season or undertone, and AI response tone. If you use the two-question color guide, only its suggested color season and undertone are saved; the individual guide answers are not. We do not require weight, height, bust or chest size, exact skin color, eye color, hair color, or a photo for this profile.
- Camera and photo data when you choose to take or upload photos for wardrobe items, scan features, or image-based workflows.
- Location data, when you grant permission, to retrieve weather information and improve outfit suggestions.
- Calendar data, when you grant permission, to tailor outfit suggestions around your schedule.
- Social feature data, such as friend connections, borrowing requests, and related item-sharing information, if you use those features.
- Device, app, and local storage data such as settings, cached image URLs, locally stored drafts, and authentication session state needed for app functionality.
- Support, safety, and operational data, such as feedback you submit, an optional screenshot you explicitly attach to feedback, bounded app feature interaction events, error details, AI-feature usage counts, provider/model identifiers, request timing and cost estimates, request metadata, and account-deletion requests needed to secure, evaluate, and operate the service. Product interaction events do not include prompts, wardrobe item names, images, or location.
2. How We Use Information
- Create and manage your account.
- Authenticate you and keep you signed in.
- Store, sync, and display your wardrobe, outfits, trips, and uploads.
- Process garment images, scans, itinerary files, and related media.
- Provide AI-powered outfit suggestions, trip planning, image generation, and related features.
- Retrieve weather information using your location to improve suggestions.
- Use your calendar information, if permitted, to tailor suggestions to your schedule.
- Support friend, sharing, and borrowing features if you use them.
- Protect the app, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.
- Evaluate the private beta, understand feature adoption, review feedback, and improve reliability.
- Process account deletion and related data-removal requests.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers and infrastructure partners that help operate StyleStreak, including Google Firebase and Google Cloud for core backend services, Apple or Google when you use their sign-in methods, AI providers when required to run AI features you request, weather providers when location-based forecasts are needed, and other users only where the product is designed to do so.
4. AI Features
If you use AI features, relevant inputs may be sent to backend systems and AI providers to generate results. Those inputs can include wardrobe metadata, prompts, trip context, itinerary content, uploaded images, optional styling preferences, and calendar- or location-derived context when enabled by you. Styling preferences are sent only with outfit requests where they can help the recommendation; AI response tone changes wording only. We use this information only to provide and improve the requested feature, operate the service, and maintain safety and reliability.
5. Permissions
Camera, photos, location, and calendar permissions are optional. If you deny them, some features may not work, but other parts of the app can still remain available.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and app data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, and support the features you use. If you delete content or request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify the relevant data within a reasonable period, except where limited retention is necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or backup and recovery purposes.
7. Account Deletion and Your Choices
You may request deletion of your account from within the app or through the website at https://stylestreak.fashion/delete-account/. You can edit or clear your optional Style Profile in Settings and can replay or skip the app tour at any time. You may also contact alexanderrmurdock@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
StyleStreak is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. International Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where required.
